  1.                     PUMPKIN SWIRL CHEESECAKE

  4. 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  5. 1/4 c. melted margarine
  6. 16 oz. light cream cheese
  7. 3/4 c. sugar
  8. 1 t. vanilla
  9.  
  10. 3 eggs
  11. 1 c. canned pumpkin
  12. 3/4 t. cinnamon
  13. 1/4 t. ground nutmegCombine crumbs and margarine and press onto bottom and sides
  14. of 9-inch springform pan.  Blend cheese, 1/2 c. of the sugar, and
  15. vanilla.  Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. 
  16. Reserve 1 c. of cheese mixture.  Add pumpkin and spices to
  17. remaining cheese mixture and mix well.  Layer half of pumpkin
  18. mixture, half of plain, and repeat.  Cut through batter with
  19. knife to marble.  Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.  Loosen rim
  20. and cool before removing.  Chill.  Makes 10 to 12 servings.
